The staff arranged my transportation promptly.

The hotel was well-appointed and clean, making our stay enjoyable. We loved visiting the nearby park with its beautiful artificial lake, perfect for some quality family time while renting boats. The staff were attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of for us and our non-service dog.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel.

Comfortable room, beautiful pool, with a nice vibe for relaxation and enjoyment, especially during my evening drinks and sunbathing by the pool area which had excellent service from the friendly staff. it’s also conveniently located just a short walk from Asoke BTS station, making it easy to explore further.

our stay at park plaza was quite nice. the rooftop swimming pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and it was conveniently located near the train station. I was impressed by the attentive room service. the food arrived promptly. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our visit feel special.

Room cleaning occurs at odd hours, often past 5 PM!!! Water bottle labels are misleading, leading to unexpected charges at checkout!!! A better organization of cleaning staff would enhance the guest experience significantly!!!

Had a nice stay! The rooftop pool was fab and a nice escape. Location’s super convenient, close to shops and transport. The staff were really friendly. One hitch—my room had some cleanliness issues. Def made the experience less enjoyable. Enjoyed breakfast by the poolside snack bar, which was a nice touch.

The Deluxe Room with City View was super comfy. The bed was nice and cozy, perfect for a good night's rest. Lots of space in the room, and I loved the high-pressure shower. The decor was modern, making it feel fresh and inviting. Great amenities, too! Only downside was the hallway lighting—it felt a bit dim sometimes.
